SEVE,THE PDO’S REFORM
SEVE is an association created by winemakers who used to be led by the late René Renou. This association worked mainly on the organoleptic typicity. It should be noted that the PDO’s (AOC) reform is a failure on this organoleptic typicity question but also on the refusal by professionals to split the PDOs ; those PDOs are exploding, even imploding ; the system is dying.
